Those in attendance will hear a "State of the Union" on the status of PRA, hear updates from all our committee chairs and have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with school leadership.
Topics that will be also covered include the passage of the Blueprint bond proposal this past November and the next steps in the process, as well as an update on the progress of the Board of Director's annual strategic plan.

Thursday, April 24, 2025 has been designated as Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. This annual event is primarily intended for children 8-12 years of age. Students who are slightly younger or older may also participate. The purpose is to help youth make connections between education and a future in the workplace. PRA supports students having the opportunity to spend the day at their parent’s workplace to gain this experience.
Children who attend work with a parent will not be counted absent from school. However, students will be expected to complete all make-up assignments or alternate assignments related to their shadow experience.
In order to eliminate a large volume of attendance calls, we ask parents of children who will participate to respond to the Google Form here.
General guidelines:
1. The absence to shadow a parent at work should not count against a student’s attendance status, unless there is a significant attendance issue or concern to date.
2. Parents may not “substitute” another day in lieu of April 24 and still have the absence counted as Take Your Child to Work Day. Standard excused/unexcused guidelines would apply to situations involving a parent request to have a child shadow on a day other than April 24.
Are you interested in playing MS football for PRA next year? Let us know so we can get you updates and information on summer opportunities! Anyone planning on playing or who is interested, please fill this form out by April 18. Thanks!
